The directive was for it to be about a foot tall, a house nestled in branches and, similar to Snow Moon, covered with trees. Much like Firestorm, it was to be wrapped in a mantle of organza, this time embroidered with leaves. Prominent colors would be browns, oranges and greens. The puzzle was figuring out how to embroider leaves so that the reverse, which would likely be visible, wasn&#8217;t a mess of knots and crossed threads. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@SarahHomfrayEmbroidery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sarah Homfray&#8217;s YouTube channel of embroidery tutorials<\/a> is an amazing resource!<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now that it&#8217;s finished, it will soon be on its way to Texas. And I&#8217;ll look forward to reconnecting with you in a couple of weeks.<br \/>\n<strong>Happy New Year!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u2737<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following through on the idea of sanctuary &#8211; my final suggestion\/recommendation for the year:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;ve had my eye on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jethrobuck.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jethro Buck&#8217;s<\/a> work for a while.
