The plain, hard fact is my textile pieces have so many layers and levels of process, mostly hand-done, that sometimes they seem to crawl along at a virtual snail&#8217;s pace. The Rio Olympics provide the perfect analogy: sketching is a sprint, textile work is a marathon. My previous posts <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elizabethfram.com\/Blog\/how-do-you-define-success\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;How Do You Define Success&#8221;<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elizabethfram.com\/Blog\/one-note-changes-everything\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;One Note Changes Everything&#8221;<\/a>, &amp;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elizabethfram.com\/Blog\/share-the-wealth\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Share the Wealth&#8221;<\/a> \u00a0discuss\u00a0the process and, perhaps more significantly, the struggle of working my way through it.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Last month I finally finished the two pieces shown here, and now need only to tidy up behind them with proper photographs and documentation. And boy, does it feel good\u00a0to start fresh and shift my focus!
